Notes
- The Windows 2000 v3.2.1 driver supports only single monitor configurations.
- The Windows 2000 v3.2.1 driver does not support PC-Bus controllers or older serial controllers.

Installation
- Drivers Download / Add-On Touch Screen Drivers. Drivers for Add-On Touch Screens. Windows: Linux: MagicTouch: MagicTouch: Windows 7. VISTA USB-XD Driver V1.50B. XP, Vista 2000, 98, ME USB-XD Driver V1.43B. XP, Vista 200 SB-XD MULTI-Monitor V2 Win CE USB-XD Driver for Win CE 5.0.
- If you bought an enclosure before July 2010 use the Digitouch 5.1.9 After July 2010 use the Digitouch 5.1.9.6 versions. For all enclosures bought in 2011 use the eGalax 5.10.0.8706 drivers.
- Calibration is required if you are setting up the Touch Screen on your computer for the first time. Go to the Control Panel in Windows 2. Double-click the Elo Touch Screen icon. The Elo Touch Screen Properties window appears. Touch the targets as directed. Enhanced Calibration may be required if using Windows 8.

- Specific problems:
- Click sounds on touch, but no cursor movement
- If a mouse is already installed, run regedit; drill down to HKey_Local_Machine, System, CurrentControlSet, Services, MMStub; change the Start key from 1 to 0; reboot.
- Cursor moves but will not select
- Calibration problems
- Event log error messages
- Touchscreen drivers interfere with USB devices
- Click sounds on touch, but no cursor movement
- If a mouse is not connected, connect a mouse, reboot and try again (mouse may be removed after touch drivers are installed)
- Run regedit; drill down to HKey_Local_Machine, System, CurrentControlSet, Services, MMStub; change the Start key from 1 to 0; reboot.
